Help us understand the issue

Include the app version, iOS or Android version, a short description and a sanitized fixed error code if available. Do not send private photographs, GPS coordinates, pairing codes, passwords, provider API keys or raw purchase tokens.

Photo access and AI processing

Photo selections can be changed in your device’s Settings. External AI processing requires consent and an internet connection. Pending requests may need to reconcile before another attempt; repeated resubmission is not a reliable recovery strategy.

Privacy or deletion requests

Use the same contact with “Sortlino privacy” in the subject. Read our privacy information and deletion information for current scope and limitations. An email request does not itself erase server or provider records.
