Data-deletion information
Control includes knowing what deletion can do.
The development app does not currently offer a complete in-app server/vendor erasure flow. We do not promise automatic or immediate deletion.
Request help with your data
Email contact@appventure.ch with “Sortlino data request” and a minimal description of the data/request involved. Appventure GmbH will clarify what information is held, the available erasure process, any necessary proportionate verification, expected handling time and legally required retention. Do not attach private photos, credentials, raw purchase tokens or identity documents unless a proportionate secure process has been agreed.
Different actions have different effects
- Changing photo permission limits future app access; it does not automatically erase prior cached or provider data.
- Withdrawing AI consent stops new uploads. Already-sent requests may finish, and stored progress remains.
- Removing the app is not a request to delete remote processing records. OS backup behavior and recovery/Undo records need separate consideration.
- Original photo assets are not deleted by the organizing preview or by a request to erase processing records.
Server, vendor and backup copies
Organization results, technical service records, external-provider records and backups may be retained separately. Their final release retention, deletion mechanisms and exceptions are not yet established. We will explain actual limitations when responding and will not claim that consent withdrawal recalls data already sent to a provider. This operational gap remains a gate before public AI-service availability.
If accounts are added later
A future account system will require an appropriate in-app and web deletion process before public release. There is no account-deletion button to simulate on this informational site. See privacy information for operator and rights details.
